Baking

These are the 3 books I use for baking. The bottom 2 were christmas presents and the top one has been a part of my family ever since I was a kid.

To add extra flavor I recomend ading 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and/or vanilla in recipies that require them. Salt is probobly better because vanilla is more exspensive.

When using bananas it is best to wait intil they are brown so they have more flavor. You can freeze brown banannas if you plan to use them later.
